Hi there,

With only a few weeks to go until the State Sand to Surf now is the time to brush up on your ocean swimming skills. In this newsletter we teach you how to swim effectively in waves, fill you in on the success of the ‘Swim for Christchurch’  fundraising event and give you the opportunity to win a blueseventy wetsuit.

Don’t forget that the State Ocean Swim Clinics start this coming Saturday in Mt Maunganui and Auckland - details below.  We also feature the latest results from the Australian Open Water Championship where Kane Radford and Cara Baker had solid performances.

Swim for Christchurch - Fundraising Event

Ocean Swim Clinics
Ocean Swim Clinics are about to get started again to help you prepare for the State Sand to Surf and State King of the Bays events.

•   Mt Maunganui clinics are on Tuesday 15th and 22nd of March at 6pm
•   Auckland clinics are on the 12th and 19th of March and then again on the 2nd and 9th of April

•   'Give It A Go’ 300m ocean swim - three person teams or individuals
•   'Step It Up’ 1000m ocean swim
